Riding Together: Strengthening Team Synergy and Solidarity Through BCM Touring 2026

Busy work routines often demand that we step aside for a moment, breathe fresh air, and strengthen relationships with colleagues outside the office atmosphere. Understanding the importance of this, the BCM community (BRI–CRO–MA/MS) held the highly anticipated annual agenda: Touring BCM 2026.

Held from Saturday to Sunday, January 10–11, 2026, this activity was not just a joint riding event, but a strategic momentum to unite the vision and hearts of BRI workers and their supporting vendors. 

One Asphalt, One Goal: "Riding Together" 

Heading towards Villa Pondok Berarocha, the touring group started their journey at 14:00 WIB. The roar of engines that afternoon became a symbol of the spirit of togetherness carried in this year's theme:

"RIDING TOGETHER – JALIN SILATURAHMI LEBIH ERAT" (Weaving Stronger Ties).

The BCM Committee realized that a shared hobby in the two-wheeled automotive world is an effective means to break the ice. Through this activity, the barriers of work formalities melted into laughter and familiarity, creating a more positive and solid emotional relationship among members.

Building Solidarity Without Borders

More than just recreation, Touring BCM 2026 carried a deep mission. This activity was designed with the main aims and objectives to:

1. Increase Solidarity: Fostering a strong sense of family among the two-wheeled vehicle enthusiast community in the work environment.
2. Expand Brotherhood: Becoming an inclusive forum for friendship (silaturahmi) for all vendor workers and BRI workers.
3. Strengthen Teamwork: The spirit built on the road is expected to transform into a spirit of good teamwork when returning to the professional environment, making the team more solid and enthusiastic.
